Ms Ragini Upadhyay, first Lady Chancellor of Nepal Fine Art Academy at the swearing in ceremony with Prime Minister of Nepal Mr Sushil Koirala and other ministers. Ms Ragini is an artist and she is running an art gallery in Nepal . This is the first time the Nepalese govt has appointed a Lady Chancellor in any of the academies of the government.
